Ilsley Green Road

A mysterious suite of eight found photographs depicting a car trip through rural England in the 1950s, which might be clues to an illicit love affair.

The young woman in the photos is unidentifiable - always with her back to the camera. A caravan in several of the images seems to carry significance, as does the sense of waiting and longing.
